Picture Party Share- { San Diego Children's Photographer: Corina Nielsen}

In the midst of designing and my brain running wild with ideas, I have also had a few sessions that I am trying to catch up on!  I think I am almost caught up, just a few hundred more images and I will be good, I can see the light at the end of the tunnel anyways... until Friday that is when I have another maternity session!  I wanted to share a few of my favorite images from my last picture party a couple of weeks ago.  

I LOVE picture parties!  Of course, I love all my sessions but picture parties are great because I get to see a big handful of kiddos at one time!  They are always so different and I never know what to expect, but they are always such a blast!  Anyways, I picked a few favorites from one I did in San Diego:

 Too cute..... some of the images I got this day have officially made it to my all time favorite's!  Can't wait for my next one :)

Portrait Display Guide... upcoming FREE w/ Purchase!

I'm in absolute LOVE with these little spiral bound books I stumbled upon a couple of months ago!  I thought it would be great to use for my studio portrait display guide for clients.  I got mine back from the lab and had to shoot a few samples with it:

 

Nice, thick front and back covers make it perfectly!

 

I only shot 2 pages, but my portrait guide has about 15 or so displays...

This guide includes:

• front cover
• 15 wall displays to be used for framed or canvas's
• layered PSD file (couch on white background, each framed portrait on a separate layer, collection name & sizes so you can name them whatever you like)
• personalize them even more for clients by adding THEIR images to each frame
• specs are sized for 5x7 prints but can easily be changed to suit your needs

You can keep a hard copy like this in the studio AND/OR print the 5x7's, attach them with a pretty ribbon or metal ring and give them to clients to take home!  Imagine the ordering possibilities!  When clients have an idea of what 6- 11x14's look like or what 8- 10x10's, it makes it easier for them to picture the wall art in their OWN homes!

Once I got designing this product, I knew I had to share it, it's too darn cute not to!  So, with that being said.... { Small 2009 Photo Share } - San Diego Portrait Photographer

I have officially decided that I will be launching the new website in just over 30 days... July 7th to be exact!  I have so many fun things planned... lots of new products (hopefully lol), collabs with amazing designers, freebies for digital girls and photographers alike, a FREE portrait session w/ an 11x14 print, and a few big giveaways are already in the works. Take a look at 2 of the items will be hopefully giving away next month...

Kelly Moore bags are always sold out, but I'm hoping to snag a couple this month when her shipments arrive.  How flippin fabulous is this?????  A photographers dream bag if you ask me!  They come in 3 different styles for women and in lots of fun colors.  I, of course, adore the pink one here, BUT I am very tempted to buy the red one for myself!  Go check them out :)

I got tired of seeing plain, boring skins and protectors for laptops and then Joe found this for me a few weeks ago from Twelve South.  I instantly knew I had to have one.  I have not seen anything like this anywhere and when I went to Best Buy to buy a pink case for $50, I was thinking "What a waste!  Why not just spend the extra $30 and upgrade to this one?"  So thats what I did!

OK and now on to a brief photo share :)  Since I wanted to have a lot of my photography work added to the Facebook Fan Page, my anal, OCD self felt like I needed to have them all branded and sized the same. Since I have changed my logo a couple of times over the past year or just got lazy and wrote ©corinanielsen, nothing looked cohesive in any of my galleries.  I decided last week that I would get crackin resizing and posting though.  It made me realize that I never really showed a lot of my images here on my blog!  Here are just a few for now!
